    How to

    1

    Brew Tea

First, please ensure you are starting with clean filtered water. I enjoy using the Berkey filtration system. For the small bags, boil water (I use borosilicate glass tea kettle to avoid plastic leeching).

For the large gallon plus bags, I use a big carbon steel Le Creuset pots to boil the water.

After water boils and calms down, I place the tea bag in to steep.

For small tea bags: I would suggest 3-5 min steep.

For large tea bags: I suggest a minimum of 10 minutes. I enjoy leaving mine to steep overnight.

Keep bag in until strength and consistency is desired.

    2

    Sweeten

After steeping the bag, I add Organic Raw Unfiltered Honey as well as Organic Maple Syrup (make sure both arrive in glass) to taste.

Start with half a teaspoon of each for small bags. Enjoy honey and maple in larger amount for the larger bags. It is easier to add more sweetener to taste than take out. But if you over sweeten, dilute tea with more hot or cold water depending on brew.

    Love the eARTh

Enjoy hot or cold. Please be aware that the tea bags and herbs are compostable so please give them back to the eARTh.
